The location decent and favourable in between 2 car dealerships. For tea or coffee visit Sami's Cafe nearby. Extremely comfy bed, decent size and exquisite rooms.

The room was tidy and exquisite, and I slept very well. Got free and delicious breakfasts with waffles cooked to order, omelettes plus a fresh omelet.

The hotel's location was decent, just off a constant stream of screaming/splashing children, a seafood restaurant called the Chesapeake, and restaurants and the interstate. Furthermore, close to two cinemas. The breakfast was delicious with free drinks and omelettes, for example and had something for everyone:)))

Our accommodation was set in a central location really close to multiple restaurants and fast food, local shopping malls and Tyson McGhee Airport, and Embassy. It also was in the Knoxville area.

Shame the bathroom was dirty.

embassy suites in knoxville was a pleasant surprise during our road trip. the rooms were spotless and the bed was so comfortable. the separate bedroom was a great touch. the staff was friendly and the breakfast was amazing. we could have stayed there all week just for the breakfast!

After a long day of driving, we were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Embassy Suites. The front desk staff was welcoming and the rooms were spacious and clean. We enjoyed the convenience of ordering room-service and the food was delicious. The next morning, we started our day with a wonderful breakfast before hitting the road again. a great stay and exactly what we expected from the Hilton Brand.

Large and updated rooms with a sofa bed, and well-maintained pool. A wide range of superb food. Location short walk to West Knoxville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and stores and restaurants.

Beds were too soft.

The breakfasts were free and delicious, always with a huge variety of meals.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the fact that the hotel offered complimentary bar and snack service between 5.30pm and 7.30pm. It was a pleasant surprise and a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a kitchenette, table, and chairs. It made the stay more convenient and comfortable.

One aspect that I disliked was the lack of walking distance attractions from the hotel. While there were plenty of places to eat nearby, most of them required a car or taxi to access.

The location of the hotel was central, not far from downtown, local shopping malls, and restaurants and the interstate. Magnificent and marvellous breakfast and other services were excellent.

It was based in nice building in a great and comfortable location, in such an industrial-looking area. Moreover, it's next to the stadium, concerts and Embassy.
